Lovely family getaway week, great fun!
Location was great. Good choice of food in general, food was tasty and lots of choice The staff were great and for people with young families they were kept entertained throughout the day! Fantastic Nice choice of cocktails in the back bar area too.
The beaker system works well but it’s nice to drink your drinks out of glassware I think the safes in the bedrooms should be included in the all inclusive Several times the room key card wouldn’t open the door which means a trek back to reception to get it reactivated, it happened once quite late at night which was quite inconvenient.

So she said it was always only €30 for the complete change over, when i saw himself later on he just smiled and very qui
My Mother & I stayed here last year and we liked it so we stayed again last 2 weeks
We had asked for a room with sea view and little to no walking to get to it as my mother has COPD, We were given a room which was small in the Ground floor with views of the ocean but the people staying on either side of us were smoking their heads off, till all hours, the Aircon wasn't working properly and so we had to leave the slide door open a little at night, not good. I couldn't take it and after 2 nights I went to ask for a change of room, I met the worker at the Desk and he said he would look into it for us, but told me to come back later, which I did, and he called me away from another colleague, he said it would cost me €30 a Night EXTRA , so as we were staying for 14 nights that added up over €300, He told me to come back the following morning, I felt something was not right, I came back the following morning and again he told me he hadn't looked into it, and told me to return in around 15 mins, When I did, he wasn't there only his colleague, and she asked me if she could help, I explained that I was to wait for the Guy, and told her about what he said and she immediately looked as concerned as I was,
